  2. Select "Register" link, fill up the form, click “Create an Account”.
  3. Fill up the “Default Billing & Shipping Address”.
  4. You will receive 'Welcome Email' to the email address you registered.

 

How to edit my account information?

  1. Click the "Account" link at top right-hand side of our webstore.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click drop down to select “My Account”
  4. Edit your account information and save for any changes.

 

I forgot my password.

  1. Click the "Account" link at top right-hand side of our webstore.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Select ‘Forgot Your Password?”
  4. Fill in your email address registered, select ‘Reset My Password”
  5. We will send an email to you to reset your password.

 

How much is the shipping cost?

 

Method 1

  1. Simply add items to your cart and click the “View and Edit Cart”
  2. At SHOPPING CART summary, select “Estimate Shipping and Tax”
  3. Enter your destination info to get a shipping estimate.
  4. You will be offered Shipping Carrier option with method choices and their prices.
  5. If no shipping cost offered, contact enquiry@alliance-a.com, inform us specifically your country and we will check with Shipping Carrier accordingly.

  1. Simply add items to your cart and click the “Proceed to Checkout”.
  2. Fill up the Shipping Address info.
  3. You will be offered Shipping Carrier option with method choices and their prices.
  4. If no shipping cost offered, contact enquiry@alliance-a.com, inform us specifically your country and we will check with Shipping Carrier accordingly.

How do I change or cancel an item in my order?

  1. Click the "Account" link at top right-hand side of our webstore.
  2. Sign in to your account.
  3. Click drop down to select “My Account”
  4. Then Login to your account to find and edit your order.
  5. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

 

Do you ship to my country?

  1. Click the "Account" link at the top right-hand side of our webstore.
  2. Select "Register" link, fill up the form, click “Create an Account”.
  3. If your country is not in the drop-down menu of available countries, unfortunately, we cannot ship to your country at this time.

 

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

  1. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Carrier with method choices and their prices.
  2. Your selected Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submit your payment information.
  3. During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order.
  4. Please note that all order is prepaid and we will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
